By virtue of their 3-0 win over the New Jersey Devils and the Carolina Hurricanes’ 4-3 loss to the Florida Panthers, the Flyers clinched their first playoff berth in two years Friday night and can determine their first-round playoff opponent on Sunday when they face the Pittsburgh Penguins at home.
